Terms & Conditions


General

l   Goods sold are neither refundable nor exchangeable unless stated in the Replacement Guarantee Terms.

l   All goods sold by Tsang Fook Piano Co. Ltd. (the “Company”) will only be delivered within Hong Kong Territory. Orders from mainland China and overseas countries will not be accepted.

                                                                                                                               

Payment

l   The Company will use PayPal as the means of receiving payments. The customer can use Master CardVISA Card and PayPal account for the payments.

l   Since PayPal service is not available in Macau, customers in Macau should contact us by email  for the payment issue. Our email address is enquiry@tsangfook.com.hk .


 

Delivery

l   Before delivering the goods, the Company will contact the Customer by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the said order details. Orders received after 5:00 pm will be considered as orders received on the next working day.

l   Goods will only be delivered to Commercial & Residential buildings in Hong Kong, S.F. ExpressService Center (順豐速運服務中心) [link] or S.F. ExpressStore (順豐站)[link].  If the Customer has any questions, please feel free to contact us.

l   For customers in Macau, please contact us by email for  the payment and delivery issue. Our email address is enquiry@tsangfook.com.hk .

l   If the total amount per each sale order is below HKD3,000, the Company will charge a weight based shipping fee from HKD50 to HK120 for each delivery. The detail of Shipping Rates are as below:  (1)2.5kg or below: $50 (2)2.5kg -5kg: $90 (3)5kg or above:$120 .

l   The Company will deliver the goods to the address provided by the Customer within three to five working days. If longer delivery time is required, the Company will inform the Customer as soon as possible.

l   The Company will try its best to deliver the goods as soon as possible. However, the Company shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the Customer as a result of late delivery of the goods. The Customer has the right to request for a refund if the goods cannot be delivered within a reasonable period of time.

l   The Customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. The Company shall not be liable for any loss as a result of incorrect address and information provided by the Customer.

 

Self pick-up

l   The Customer should go to the assigned branch to pick up the goods.

l   If the Customer fails to pick up the goods within 35 days after confirming the said order, the Company has the right to sell the said goods to other customers and will refund an amount equal to 90% of the original price that the customer had paid.

 

Replacement Guarantee Terms

l   The Customer are entitled to return and replace any product of the same model within 7 days from the date of purchase provided that the product are proved to be defective by the manufacturers.

l   The returned products must be in their original condition and packaging without any physical damage and/or scratch together with original sales invoice.

l   The Customer must return the goods to the assigned branch of the Company for the replacement.

l   This Guarantee shall not be applicable for below conditions:

n   products sold under special offers

n   cannot provide original sales invoices

n   products damaged by inappropriate use or accident

n   products with physical damage and/or scratches

l   Software products are not returnable. Please contact us if you need advice regarding compatibility or version.

l   If the replacement products are out of stock, the Customer may exchange other available products of the same dollar value as at the date of purchase of the said products.
