l Before delivering the goods, the Company will contact the Customer by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the said order details. Orders received after 5:00 pm will be considered as orders received on the next working day.
l Goods will be delivered to Industrial & Commercial buildings in urban areas , S.F. ExpressService Center (順豐速運服務中心) [link], S.F. ExpressStore (順豐站) [link], EF Locker (順便智能櫃) [link] or S.F. Service Points (順豐服務點)[link] . Additional charge will be collected by S.F. Express for any residential location [link] (HKD20) or any address stated in Hong Kong's Remote Areas [link] (HKD30). The final amount will be confirmed by S.F. Express.

l The Company will charge a flat rate of HKD50 for each delivery if the total amount per each sale order is below HKD3,000.
l The Company will deliver the goods to the address provided by the Customer within three to five working days. If longer delivery time is required, the Company will inform the Customer as soon as possible.
l The Company will try its best to deliver the goods as soon as possible. However, the Company shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the Customer as a result of late delivery of the goods. The Customer has the right to request for a refund if the goods cannot be delivered within a reasonable period of time.
l The Customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. The Company shall not be liable for any loss as a result of incorrect address and information provided by the Customer.
l The Customer should go to the assigned branch to pick up the goods.
l If the Customer fails to pick up the goods within 35 days after confirming the said order, the Company has the right to sell the said goods to other customers and will refund an amount equal to 90% of the original price that the customer had paid.
